Sophie Harding is a 23 year old professional soccer player living on the Northern Beaches, Sydney. Sophie has played soccer since the age of 4 and started playing at a representative level at the age of 12. Since then Sophie has travelled the country, and overseas with hersport.
In 2019 Sophie signed her first professional contract with the Newcastle Jets in the A league Women's. She has recently signed a 2 year contract with Western Sydney Wanderers which will enable her to play closer to home, as well as continue her other passion; her career working as a disability support practitioner. Playing soccer, strength and conditioning training, and support work are the things at the centre of her lifestyle and she hopes to continue those passions, and learn and grow in the process.
