Sarah Kruger is the Managing Director responsible for HR in Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for operational excellence, talent strategy, employee experience, Employee Relations, Health and Safety and Inclusion and Diversity. As a Leader within our business she works directly with our clients in ways they can grow and support their talent sharing Accenture’s experiences in areas we have focused on and grown. A key focus of this has been our programmes for Inclusion and Diversity within Australia and Globally.
Prior to moving into the HR Lead Role Sarah was responsible for the Talent and Organisation Consulting Practice in the Financial Services part of our business. With over 20 years in the Consulting Industry she has worked with many large Corporates and government agencies as well as National and Global organisations based in Australia to drive and deliver change within their business. She has deep skills in planning and implementing large change initiatives, in the areas of change strategy development, organisation, and job design, HR Transformation, communications planning and management, stakeholder planning and engagement and change readiness activities. A large number of the projects where Sarah has led the Process and People related change have been digital and technology transformations.
Through her experience at Accenture and involvement in Community based organisations Sarah has built relationships with key business leaders, has a strong reputation and an ability to influence. She is also recognised for her ability to lead and grow engaged and productive teams focused on achieving outcomes.
