Nicolé is a commercially grounded executive with international experience in driving successful organisation transformation, managing mergers and acquisitions, delivering strategic benefits and outcomes, and the operational management of company Suppliers/Partners to achieve value-adding business performance.
She has been a leader of highly skilled teams at BHP in Singapore for the past 11 years, with global roles in finance, technology, and BHP Group strategy. Nicolé has a proven track record in delivering commercial and strategic performance for other large corporates such as Coca-Cola and Stockland Ltd. She has worked across the globe, in USA, Chile, Canada, Eastern Europe and extensively across the Asia–Pacific region.
Nicolé has led the implementation of transformation projects in Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology and Finance. She has been the leader of business acquisitions and divestments and the long-term integration of acquisitions to harvest and optimise the use of valuable intellectual property and deliver anticipated synergies to ensure the success of the new integrated business.
Passionate about a range of sports from a very young age. She continues to enjoy sailing, golf and tennis and also played netball and hockey at school and university. During the last decade she has been a Board member for the Tanglin Rugby Club and Touch Singapore, two organisations with large memberships and an inclusive approach to community sports through to the transition to elite sport.
