Marieke D'Cruz is a former world champion, world record-holder and Olympian in swimming. After having worked for McKinsey & Company in Sydney, Marieke is now the principal of Fortius Consulting, a firm supporting individuals and organisations to reach their full potential across the public, private, sport and NFP sectors. She has a masters in Public Policy from the University of Sydney, and has also worked for a think tank, the University of Melbourne and Rio Tinto. Additionally, Marieke was the President of the Australian Swimmers' Association from 2015-2019.
