Lee Brentzell

With engineering, business entrepreneurial and company director qualifications, and a diverse range of skills and experience gained in large organisations such as BHP, Shell, Arrow Energy and Suncorp, Lee is a collaborative, enthusiastic and inspirational leader who enjoys the excitement of early phase, large and complex projects where all ideas are options that require further development to determine their economic, technical, environmental, operational and social value.

She is passionate about sport and adventure and was able to combine these with 20 years of practical business experience to lead Australia’s largest governance reform project in sport to create AusCycling, a merge of 17 cycling organisations.

Her volunteer work as a STEM ambassador, role model and mentor to young women in her local community was recognised by Advance Queensland in 2016, and BHP and Queensland Resource Council in 2018.
