Lee is an international experienced project executive who has helped large companies identify, prioritise and deliver the best capital projects that transform their business and deliver long term commercial value to shareholders and the community within which they operate.
She has more than 25 years experience working in the early planning phases of large and complex programs and projects where all ideas are options that require further development to ensure alignment to strategy as well as economic, technical, environmental, operational and social benefits. Lee is a collaborative business leader with qualifications in Civil Engineering, MBA and Company Director qualifications and draws her strategic, practical and commercial experience from significant infrastructure and business projects she has led for private organisations and government entities including Shell, BHP, Arrow Energy, Energex, Stanwell, WaterNSW and Qld Treasury.
