Lauren plays in the AFLW for the Sydney Swans Football Club where she was an inaugural co-captain of the team. Born and raised in Melbourne until the move to the Swans, Lauren has played football, amongst other sports, since she was 6 years old.
Off the field, Lauren is currently a first aid medic and a disability support worker whilst holding a Bachelor of Paramedicine.
