Kerryn Siems

Having struggled with drug addiction, body dysmorphia and low self esteem most of her life, she began finding herself through lifting weights and competing in Strongwoman and Powerlifting.

After 5 years as a Personal Trainer, Kerryn opened an all female boutique personal training studio in 2020. As well as running Sisters in Strength, a strongwoman workshop with her friend and business partner, Mariko Whyte, Kerryn was also one of the four women featured in the ABC Documentary "Strong Women".

At the peak of her competitive career,  Kerryn won the Australia's Strongest Woman u65kg Title in 2007 and was runner up Victoria's Strongest Woman u65kg 2 years in a row. Kerryn has competed internationally representing Australia in South Africa where she placed 2nd in the South African Arnold Strongwoman Championships. Kerryn has also set multiple Australian Records in Strongwoman including a 250kg yoke carry.

Kerryn is now an advocate for women in sport and uses her lived experience to reach women through her various platforms
