Jordan "Jordy" Duncan

Jordy Duncan is the women's Australian Pool Freediving Champion 2022 and 2023 (pool) and 5 time Australian national record holder. She can hold her breath for more than 6 minutes and swim over 200m underwater on one breath with fins.

A competitive swimmer until her mid-teens, Jordy only found freediving at age 30 but since then, it has become an essential part of her life. Freediving holds a special place in Jordy's heart as it was her 'reason' to start taking steps to prioritising her health after struggling with an eating disorder for more than 10 years.

By day, Jordy works full-time as is a Senior Human Resources Advisor. She also enjoys going to the gym, swimming, brunch with friends, watching sports documentaries, and hanging out with her cockatiel, Frankie.
