Jennifer is an experienced leader with over 30 years’experience in Australia and the US in life sciences, FMCG and professionalservices. Currently the SVP Global People & Culture at Cochlear Ltd,Jennifer has the privilege of global responsibility for ensuring Cochlear’sgrowth and performance is supported through its talent, it’s culture and itspeople processes in more than 40 countries worldwide.
Jennifer joined Cochlear in 2008 in a senior HR businesspartnering role, taking on leadership of safety and wellness and moving intomore senior roles partnering Cochlear's global functions over the years.Jennifer was appointed to her current role of SVP Global People & Culturein 2017 and is also a Board Director of three Cochlear subsidiaries includingThe Cochlear Foundation.
Jennifer’s first career was in finance and investmentbanking before discovering her passion for culture and for understanding whatmakes organisations tick. She has worked in commercial, strategy and HRleadership roles across a variety of industries within Australia and the US,including senior positions at Campbell Arnott’s and Booz & Company.
Jennifer is a Graduate of the Australian Institute ofCompany Directors (GAICD) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics andFinance from the University of New South Wales, and an MBA in Strategy,Organisation Development and International Marketing from Kellogg GraduateSchool of Management, Northwestern University USA.
