Victoria serves as volunteer CFO and Treasurer of Minerva Network, having previously held the role of Executive Director from 2024 to 2026. She first joined Minerva in 2021 and over that time has been part of a period of significant growth and scale for the organisation, building the commercial and operational foundations to carry Minerva through its next chapter.
Her broader career spans financial services, management consulting, proptech and sport. She has held roles at Macquarie Group, Strategy& (PwC), and health tech startup InnoWell, and was GM of Product Management at Podium, the digital ventures arm of Lendlease. In the sports arena, she served as CFO of the Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Club and completed a secondment with the National Football League in New York.
Victoria holds a Master ofBusiness Administration with Excellence from the Australian Graduate School ofManagement at UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from the University ofSydney. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
With a background in swimming,surf lifesaving and water polo, Victoria was Sports Captain at the Universityof Sydney in 2005. She remains an avid ocean swimmer and can often be founddoing laps at Bondi or competing in ocean swim events, always with one eye onher time from the year before.
