Victoria currently serves as Executive Director and CFO of Minerva Network. Her diverse career includes roles at Macquarie Group, Strategy&, and health tech startup Innowell. Prior to Minerva, she held the position of GM of Product Management at Podium, the digital arm of Lendlease, focusing on launching new digital ventures. In the sports arena, she served as CFO of the Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Club and completed a secondment with the National Football League in New York, USA.
Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration with Excellence from the Australian Graduate School of Management at UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce / Laws from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
With a background in swimming, surf lifesaving and waterpolo, Victoria was the Sports Captain at the University of Sydney in 2005. She now enjoys ocean swimming and can often be found doing laps at Bondi or participating in the occasional competitive ocean swim, trying to beat her time from the previous year.
