Victoria Momsen

Victoria is the Treasurer/CFO of Minerva Network and has had lifelong involvement in sport as both a competitor and professional sport administrator. Growing up in Sydney, Victoria has competed at all levels in swimming and surf lifesaving,  and later in water polo with the University of Sydney, being appointed University of Sydney Sports Captain in 2005.

Victoria was the Chief Financial Officer of the Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Club (2012 - 2014) supporting the historic financial and governance reform of the club throughout 2013.  She has also enjoyed a secondment with the National Football League in New York, USA.

Her current professional career is focused on building and launching digital ventures, with her current employment as Senior Product Manager at Podium (the digital arm of Lendlease Pty Ltd, a leading Australian property and construction company). Previous professional roles include Treasury Manager  at Macquarie Group, and Senior Finance Business Partner at Clarion Housing Group.

Having worked in a breadth of roles across both large and small organisations, Victoria understands the full scope of activities required for an efficient, effective and successful organisation. She is pleased to be able to share her expertise in this regard, and support Minerva, it’s athletes and volunteers to  achieve their goals.

Victoria has a Masters of Business Administration with Excellence from Australian Graduate School of Management at UNSW and Bachelor or Commerce / Laws from the University of Sydney and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Victoria now enjoys the joys of ocean swimming - including both the peacefulness out past the break and the thrills of catching a wave. You can find her doing laps at Bondi or Coogee, or at the occasional ocean swim trying to beat her time from last year!
