Tracy is an experienced and highly respected People & Culture professional, known for building strong relationships, coaching and being a trusted advisor, she is passionate about people and making a difference.
She has worked in senior people & culture roles across the Out of Home (Media), Professional Services, Banking, Financial Services, Gambling & Entertainment, Insurance and FMCG sectors and has recently established her own HR Consultancy business.
Tracy was a part of the AIS & NSWIS Softball programs leading up to Sydney 2000 & continues her love of sport through involvement in Local Cricket & AFL Clubs and representative team administration.
Tracy is based in Sydney's Northern beaches.
