Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Sascha has always been near the ocean and began nippers at Newport SLSC when she was 5 years old. It is a passion that Sascha continues to this day through volunteer patrols and as a competitor for her local surf club.
Sascha is a paddling enthusiast and competes in the disciplines of canoe sprint, ocean ski and surf ski. At the Canoe Sprint National Championships, the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships and in the Australian Ocean Racing Series Sascha has taken individual and/or team titles.
Sascha was named on the NSW Interstate team in Surf Life Saving as well as the Australian Junior Canoe Sprint team in Kayaking. In late 2023 she looks forward to contesting the Ocean Ski World Championships to be held in WA, Australia.
Away from the water, Sascha is studying a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce, full-time at Macquarie University.
