Sally Howe

Sally FAICD is an experienced Non-Executive Director across diverse and highly regulated sectors including health, government, sport and aged care.

Sally has extensive senior leadership and executive experience in the health sector spanning 35 years predominantly in the dynamic non-for-profit contestable private sector.

Current Directorships include the NFP Health and Aged Care sectors and a Non-Executive Director of Swimming Australia.

Sally Chairs a Quality, Compliance and Risk Board subcommittee in health and aged care, is Chair of Audit and Risk for Swimming Australia and serves on a range of Board subcommittees.

A Fellow of the AICD, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the AICD Boardroom Mastery program and holds postgraduate qualifications in health and governance.

Immediate past governance roles included a State Ministerial Planning & Partnership Board and as Chair of a Victorian State Government Community Health Executive (DHHS) responsible for Governance and Strategy development of a Victorian State Government funded alliance of local government, community, and primary health organisations. Previously, a Trustee (VIC) of the Committee for Economic Development Australia (CEDA).
