Sally has extensive senior leadership and executive experience in the health sector spanning 35 years predominantly in the dynamic non-for-profit private sector. Sally is an experienced Non-Executive Director across diverse and highly regulated sectors including health, government, community, and aged care. Sally currently holds 2 Non-Executive Directorships in the NFP Health and Aged Care sectors and has been recently appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Swimming Australia.
Sally Chairs a Quality, Compliance and Risk Board subcommittee in health and aged care and serves on a range of Board subcommittees including Strategic Planning, Remuneration, Finance and Audit and Nominations.
Sally is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the AICD Boardroom Mastery program and holds postgraduate qualifications in health and governance.
Immediate past governance roles included a State Ministerial Planning & Partnership Board and as Chair of a Victorian State Government Community Health Executive (DHHS) responsible for Governance and Strategy development of a Victorian State Government funded alliance of local government, community, and primary health organisations. Previously, a Trustee (VIC) of the Committee for Economic Development Australia (CEDA).
