Nicolle is an experienced Director, Committee Chair and Chief Executive with a unique understanding of public purpose and member-based organisations operating with significant Government and regulatory oversight.
Nicolle is the first female president of the Grange Golf Club in Adelaide and first female chair of Northern Territory Thoroughbred Racing. She is also a director on the boards of Golf Australia, Thoroughbred Racing Australia and the SA Jockey Club.
