Narrelle Lowe

Narrelle Lowe is a finance and banking professional with significant experience in the fields of financial markets, banking, treasury operations and relationship management. She has experience working across a diverse range of sectors, borders and changing regulatory environments.  

Narrelle has held numerous roles within the financial markets and operational divisions of Commonwealth Bank, Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC), Macquarie Bank and Bank of Queensland. She has represented QTC, and the state, on numerous industry working groups and has spoken at the FTA annual congress and the Australian Treasury Corporations CIO conference.

Currently Narrelle leads a team who are responsible for the management and delivery of the Queensland Government Transactional Banking and Services Contract. Her role is to develop and manage the Banks relationship with Queensland Government and associated entities. A highly organised and trusted leader with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in business reengineering, Narrelle has developed strong working relationships and deep insights to the workings of Government.  

As a mum, Narrelle understands the psychological and social importance of sport including boosting confidence and self-esteem especially for emerging female athletes.  

Narrelle holds an Associate Diploma of Business, a Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
