Lynne has over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting as a practice leader in the consumer, health, technology/digital and industrial markets. Currently in the Board & CEO Services Practice, Lynne also leads the Human Resources and Sports Practices. She has a track record leading global intelligence, CEO and top team succession, board and leadership effectiveness and development, and search projects across EMEA and APAC having lived in the UK and Australia.
She attended Loughborough University, an elite sports university, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science and Recreational Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Physical Education. She is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course, a qualified PE teacher and coach, and twice represented her nation in the European Water Polo Club Championships.
