Louise Spittle is the Chief People Officer at The Arnott’s Group, home to a portfolio of food brands that have been staples in Australian households for over 155 years.
Beginning her 12-year career with The Group at the Huntingwood manufacturing site, Louise has served as an HR business partner across numerous business units, including spending two years with Campbells in the United States.
She is passionate about driving and enabling a culture of transformation which is respectful of the business’ legacy and at the same time harnesses the momentum for positive change.
Louise is commitment to the development and growth of each individual employee ensuring that The Arnott’s Group reflects the diversity of the people who know and love their products.
Louise approaches her career with the same mantra as her personal life, which is to lead with ‘why not’ and to say yes to things that might scare you. Outside of work she is usually pushing the boundaries and can be found lifting weights in the gym, or running after her two young sons
