Kerry is a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in Australia and Asia, and is an experienced non-executive director across a range of industries, including AFL, fitness, health and wellbeing, retail, professional services (law and accounting) and education.
Kerry currently holds non-executive board roles with the Richmond Football Club and its subsidiary business, Aligned Leisure, ASX –listed Retail Food Group, Mental Health First Aid International and Kids First Australia. Former roles include CPA Australia; legal services start-up, Lexvoco; and the Federal Government advisory body, ILSAC.
Kerry is a former commercial partner of international law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright. She practised predominately in the consumer markets area and acted for many well-known brands in relation to their business dealings in Australia and offshore.
Kerry was awarded an Austrade Business Fellowship to Indonesia, where she lived and worked for five years. She also worked as in-house counsel with the Packer Group in India.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
