Kerry O'Sullivan

Kerry O’Sullivan is motivated by giving back to the community and using sport as a mechanism for social change. She has built a successful career in developing and delivering strategy in the sport and not-for-profit sectors and is particularly driven by a desire for achieving gender equity in sport and business.Having studied at Cambridge University, Kerry started her career as a management consultant for Monitor-Deloitte before refocusing her efforts in the not-for-profit sector. Since moving to WA in 2017 she has worked at the West Australian Football Commission, to lead the delivery of the WAFC’s Strategic Plan 2017-2022 and its vision of connecting and enhancing WA communities through football.Prior to moving to WA, Kerry spent 6 years working at Cancer Research UK and IQVIA delivering both the charity’s patient engagement strategy as well as playing a lead role in establishing the Collaboration for Oncology Data in Europe (CODE) – providing valuable information to improve patient care and supporting greater access to cancer drugs.In the UK, Kerry has acted volunteered for Sported, mentoring community organisations that improve the lives of disadvantaged children through sport. Now in Perth, she is an active member of 100 Women, a Perth based giving circle aimed at empowering the lives of women and girls through access to health education and economic freedom, as the Operational Committee Chair. She is excited about the opportunity to contribute to Minerva in supporting women athletes to thrive on and off the field.
