Katie has a strategic and commercial focus with a track record of successful execution and people leadership in medical, NFP, aged care, clinical trials, information technology and financial services industries. Her commercial experience covers private, listed, mutual and not for profit companies and includes identification of strategic acquisition targets, including scans, due diligence, bids, transition services negotiation and integration activities.
Katie is currently the CEO of St Vincent’s Clinic including St Vincent's Clinic Research Foundation and Open Support. She holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in science from Sydney University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
