Kate is a Co-Founder of the Minerva Network and Vice President, People and Culture at Optus.
Kate's previous roles include General Manager, Human Resources for Westpac Institutional Bank and was at Goldman Sachs for 20yrs in Europe, Asia and Australia, most recently as Managing Director, Chief of Staff and COO for Australia and New Zealand. She has held numerous other senior Human Resources and financial markets positions throughout her international career.
Kate is a member of Chief Executive Women and a Director of the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation. She has been involved in the Male Champions of Change since its establishment and is passionate about women in leadership and minimising barriers on the pathway for women to maximising their full potential. She has been associated with all levels of men's, women's and mixed sport her whole life and is committed to bringing her full career and life experience to bear in her role at the Minerva Network as a champion, mentor and advocate for elite sportswomen.
