Currently Vice President and General Manager for Hills Pet Nutrition (a Division of Colgate Palmolive) Asia Pacific, Julie has extensive experience in leading large teams, developing high potential talent and fostering a growth mindset for performance.
Julie holds a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University in Queensland, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company DIrectors and the Colgate Leadership Stanford Graduate School of Business Program. She has served on the boards of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association in the US and ACCORD Industry Association in Australia.
She believes in diversity, inclusion, collaboration and the power of optimism. Julie has a strong sense of responsibility to help develop the next generation of female leaders.
She has a teenage son who is a dedicated competitive swimmer.
