Jessica Morrison is a two-time Australian Olympian and Olympic gold medalist in rowing. Jess was previously an elite swimmer and has competed for Australia at the 2011 World University Games and 2012 FINA Swimming World Cups.
Jess is an experienced management consultant working for Ernst & Young in their Strategy & Transactions practice. She brings skills developed as an elite athlete to business – performing under pressure, working in high performing teams, resilience, determination, and leadership.
Jess enjoys learning about agriculture and eating well and has been a growing advocate for sustainable food systems and improving the health of our populations.
Jess has completed a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Jess was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2022.
