Jenna Jones

Jenna Jones is a Paralympic swimmer who was selected to represent Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics at the age of 15. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, she narrowly missed a medal, finishing 4th in the inaugural women’s 50m freestyle S13.

Jenna won her first international medal in 2023, taking silver in the 100m backstroke S12 at the World Championships in Manchester.

Growing up in the Blue Mountains in NSW, Jenna was diagnosed with a rare degenerative eye disease where she took up swimming after trying a number of sports. She now lives and trains on the Sunshine Coast.
