Janine Griffiths

Janine is a highly experienced business advisor and consultant.  As a Managing Director in one of Fortune’s “World’s Most Admired Companies” and Ethisphere’s “World’s Most Ethical Companies” - global digital, technology and outsourcing company Accenture, Janine is responsible for Accenture’s Brisbane Office and a leader in the Australian Resources Industry client group. As an energetic and highly experienced business leader, Janine is passionate about business, partners, ecosystem and local talent in Queensland.

For more than 28 years, she has held senior positions helping organisations understand and implement the critical steps they need to address to achieve sustainable business, digital and IT-focused transformation. In that capacity, her client and practice leadership roles have delivered some of the largest and most complex transformations that Accenture has delivered locally in Queensland and across the globe - from initial planning to execution.

As well as working with Resources organisations in Australia, Janine has worked in 9 countries across Asia and Europe in local, state and federal government, mining, oil and gas industries as well as in the financial services, transportation, aviation, rail, manufacturing and telecommunications industries.

In addition to her client and location leadership responsibilities, she has been the Executive Sponsor for Accenture’s Asia Pacific Inclusion and Diversity Programs, a member of the Australian Consulting Leadership Team, and led federal, state and local industry and regional portfolios as part of the Australian and New Zealand Government leadership team.

Appointed to the Board of the Queensland Museum Network, Janine is a member of the Museum’s Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee. She’s passionate about sport and is mum to a junior athlete currently competing simultaneously at an Australian National level in three individual and team sports. Her longstanding commitment to community and not for profit programs include being a mentor of QUT’s Executive MBA Program, ABCN student mentoring, the CEO Challenge supporting DV Connect, and Ozharvest.
