Henriette Rothschild is a Partner at KordaMentha where she leads company turnarounds, most recently as Chief Transformation Officer of Network Ten. With over 10 years’ experience in executive leadership turnaround roles across Asia Pacific and 25 years in sales, commercial, operations and human resources, Henriette is pragmatic and outcome focused. She is passionate about working with teams to drive sustainable performance and implement change in complex situations.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Henriette was COO at ASX listed digital comparison company iSelect. She was also Managing Director of global consulting firm Hay Group, managing Australia, NZ, Japan and Korea.
Through these roles, Henriette has developed a focused approach to building teams to drive financial performance, develop strategy, implement plans and build enduring cultural change.
Henriette is a Board member at Richmond Football Club, a member of the Risk committee and Chair of the Governance & Remuneration committee
