Glenn has been instrumental in structuring a Career Development framework for our Minerva Stars and Minerva Mentors to work with as our athletes focus on their broader ambitions beyond the field of play. As a seasoned HR Executive having held HR leadership roles in a number of multi-national organisations in Australia, the UK, and the US. Glenn is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources for QIC and has held roles as the Group Chief HR Officer for QBE, General Manager Talent and Capability for the National Australia Bank Group, and Director in the People practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Glenn holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.Glenn is passionate about sharing his experience and perspectives on career development and management to enable talented people to thrive and Minerva is just a wonderful platform to support really talented female athletes as they contemplate and navigate to a successful longer term career alongside their sporting pursuits.
