Courtney Woods is a professional basketball player and a member of the 2023 WNBL premiership winning JCU Townsville Fire team. Courtney also played basketball in the USA at Northern Illinois University, from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters in Sports Management.
Off the court, Courtney has worked in marketing roles within basketball clubs including the Townsville Fire and Northside Wizards. She has her sights set on developing her career to help the sport of basketball continue to grow in Australia and to help others receive the opportunities she’s received through the sport.
