Courtney was named in the Australian Diamonds netball squad in late 2016, making her debut during the 2017 International Quad Series. As a member of the Diamonds team, she won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2022 after winning silver in 2018. In 2023, she was a member of Australia’s gold medal winning team at the Netball World Cup. Courtney is a two-time winner of the Liz Ellis Diamond Award (2021 & 2023).
In 2024, Courtney made the move from her home state of WA (where she captained the West Coast Fever Suncorp Super Netball team) to Queensland to play with the Sunshine Coast Lightning in the Suncorp Super Netball competition.
Off the court she is studying a double degree in psychology and Indigenous studies at the University of Western Australia.
