Carmen Wearne

Carmen Wearne is a resilient and driven leader. She represented Australia in rowing at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. She won three Gold, two Silver and five bronze medals at an international level, including bronze at the 1994 World Championships and Gold and Silver at the 1994 Commonwealth Games Regatta in Canada. All ahead of competing at Atlanta in 1996 where she came 5th in the Womens 8+.

Carmen has 15+ years in Strategy, Business development and Marketing and holds a Master Business Administration (MBA). She is currently a Director at Deloitte, leading their Industry & Sector Transformation program and Marketing function.

She has held Non-Executive Director roles with Not for Profits, and is currently a Director with the Amy Gillett Foundation, focused on delivering Safer Roads for Safer Cycling.
