Carmen is a KPMG Partner specialising in Customer technology transformation, digital product development, customer experience, marketing and brand. Carmen leads the KPMG Customer Australia team of 200 customer practitioners. As the ASPAC lead for Customer, Carmen helps international clients manage their customer transformation needs across markets.
Carmen specialises in helping clients manage front (marketing, sales, service, comms) and middle office issues such as improving customer / member experience, developing future state customer centric operating models and digitisation of processes to drive world class experiences. She also develops white space opportunities using Human Centered Design techniques.
A regular speaker specifically on Customer / Member experience, Carmen most recently appeared on the Australian Banking Association conference talking about the demise of Cash and its impact on customer and presented to multiple ELT’s and Boards.
Carmen is an experienced Board member having served on the Bread & Butter social enterprise bakery board for 3.5 years. A proud mum, she loves watching and playing sport with her family.
