Belinda is a non-executive company director and a corporate consultant with extensive experience in business strategy, financial transactions, risk oversight, corporate governance and cultural change management.
She has an M&A background as a corporate and securities lawyer with a global law firm for 25 years, before serving as the lead securities and markets regulator at ASIC through the 2008 global financial crisis. She has been a professional non-executive director since 2013, and has chaired the Citibank Australia risk committee and Ausgrid risk committee for much of that time. Belinda is also non-executive director of Brisbane Airport Corporation, Yalari and Humbli.
She's a Fellow of the AICD and the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member of Chief Executive Women.
