Abi is a strategic and commercial business leader who has delivered results developing and implementing strategy, digital and M&A as well as running businesses and transforming businesses in ASX companies (BHP, ANZ, Amcor, IPL). Abi's career has spanned Industrial, Retail and Financial services industries with experience in Australia as well as living and working offshore (Asia).
Abi is a Non Executive Director of Coles, Orora, Computershare and Sydney Airports and Non Executive Director of Swimming Australia and Methodist Ladies' College. Previously Abi was Chair of Finch UnoHomeLoans, on the Investment Committee of the Lazards PE Fund and was a Non Executive Director at the online media company AIBM (Business spectator and Eureka) prior to selling to News Corporation.
Abi has an MBA at Melbourne University and Commerce and Arts Degrees from Monash University.
From late 2012 until December 2017 Abi built a successful boutique management and advisory business (Absolute Partners), focused on growth, digital and technology disruption, working with CEO/senior executives and Boards at large companies and entrepreneurial businesses. Clients have included Westpac, Caltex, News, Aussie Farmers Direct, Netwealth.com.
Sector experience includes Financial services, Retail, Energy, Agriculture and Industrial companies.
Abi enjoys skiing, scuba diving, swimming, running, waterpolo, photography and travelling.
