The growth of the Minerva Network in the Australian Capital Territory reflects a positive shift towards greater gender equality and diversity in leadership roles. Since launching the Minerva Network in the ACT in September 2021, Minerva has played a transformative role in fostering athletes' growth and empowerment across various sports including Basketball, Rugby League, Cricket, Rugby Union, Football, AFL, Volleyball, Rowing, Snowboarding, Cycling and Tennis.
