MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB VICE PRESIDENT APPOINTED MINERVA VICTORIA CO-LEAD

Minerva Network is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Macindoe as the Victorian Chapter Co-Lead. Sally will join forces with current Chapter Lead, Kate Palmer AM to further advance Minerva’s mission and support women in the Victorian sporting community.

Sally Macindoe brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for women's empowerment to her new role as Co-Lead of the Victorian Chapter. Sally is the Executive Counsel and a former Partner and Chair of Norton Rose Fulbright, where she was also Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Sally was named the Diversity Leader for the Advancement of Women by the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency in 2011.

A Committee member of the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) since 2014 and Vice President since 2019, Sally also chairs the Melbourne Cricket Club Foundation Pty Ltd and Melbourne Cricket Club Heritage Ltd.

"Having experienced the rewards of being a Minerva Mentor for a number of years, I am excited to join Kate Palmer as co-lead of the Victorian Chapter of the Minerva Network," said Sally.

"It is wonderful to be part of a network of leading Australian businesswomen, supported by our dedicated corporate partners , who collaborate to ensure professional women in sport can thrive on and off the field.

Sally joins an impressive group of Minerva state and territory chapter leaders supporting the growth of Minerva Network across Australia, including Kate Palmer AM, Christina Matthews, Professor Sarah Kelly OAM, Ann Sherry AO, Romilly Madew AM, Jane Spring AM, Lucille Bailie and Gabrielle Curtin.
