Melissa Hamilton

Melissa is an experienced Executive and Non- Executive Director in both private and not for profit organisations. She has expertise in building customer loyalty, bringing rigour and governance in a fast growth environment and attracting & engaging large scale frontline workforces who interact with customers.

Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the customer care sector and deep knowledge internationally across the Business Process Outsourcing industry, her knowledge is applicable to any organisation undergoing customer or member transformation.

As CEO, Melissa led a $200m organisation with 4,500 employees operating across Australia, Asia and the US.  Clients included Top 100 ASX and major government portfolios.

Melissa is passionate about building strong cultures and in her tenure as CEO, Frost & Sullivan recognised her organisation an unprecedented 7 years in a row as the leading organisation in their field. This was based on growth and recognition of a transparent culture with a highly engaged workforce. Melissa is a keynote speaker on Culture and won the “Women in Leadership Award in 2016” for Deloitte Growth company awards.

In 2021, Melissa established Brave Feminine Leadership. A podcast series designed to support women as they navigate their career and explore the conscious and unconscious barriers that hold women back.

Melissa is on the Board of Navy Health and is an Executive Mentor with Merryck & Co ANZ.

Melissa is married to Jeremy and together they have two teenage children. Melissa loves the outdoors, horse riding and a dip in the ocean in winter.
