Sarah Kelly OAM

Sarah is a Professor and Head of the QUT Graduate School of Business, an experienced commercial lawyer and non-executive director across sport, tourism, technology, and professional services sectors.

She is a member of the Brisbane 2032 Games Organising Committee board, Deputy Chair of the Brisbane Lions AFL Football Club and Tourism and Events Queensland.

She is globally known for her expertise in the sport field, and recent published work includes health and social impacts of esports, mega-event legacy evaluation, sponsorship in sport, sports integrity and governance, sports diplomacy, and women’s sports commercialisation.

Sarah is the Queensland Chapter Co-Leader for the Minerva Network, which provides pro bono mentoring to elite sportswomen nationally. In 2021, she was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for her services to sports administration and to tertiary education.
