Kirsty is the Senior Manager for Executive Education within The University of Queensland Business School. She has had substantial experience in developing and managing Executive Education programs from lead generation through to program delivery.
Kirsty works closely with her clients and her team to ensure there is a seamless transition of their concept through to a leadership program with impact. Kirsty also enjoys mentoring and has a leadership philosophy that centres around passion, drive and empathy.
Working in the higher education sector has enhanced her knowledge of working in interdisciplinary teams and she has the ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
She has over fifteen years’ experience developing, leading and coaching teams within higher education both at QUT and USQ. During her time at USQ, Kirsty was the School Engagement Manager leading the School Engagement team and Student Ambassador team giving her experience of the lifelong learner journey. At QUT she worked in the QUTeX team managing the delivery of the Custom Executive Education portfolio.
She is currently studying her MBA with a specialisation in Digital Transformation and Leadership.
