Jess Mitchell has over 15 years’ experience within the Construction and Property industry and is currently a Partner at u&u Recruitment Partners. Jess is responsible the technical recruitment of Executive and Senior Management roles across building, property, development within organisations across Australia.
In previous roles, Jess has managed the Construction and Property teams for major recruitment businesses with a focus on Queensland, New South Wales and Melbourne. Jess also has a Bachelor in Social Science (Majoring in Sports Psychology) which has helped enhance her career to date.
Along with her corporate and academic background and experience, Jess was also an elite athlete representing Australia in Women’s Soccer (the Matildas) for over 5 years taking part in the 2002 World Cup in Canada. She was also a member of the Queensland Academy of Sport and the Australian Institute of Sport.
