Jada Whyman is a Wiradjuri and Yorta Yorta woman and is the number 1 goalkeeper for Sydney FC in the Liberty A-league.
Jada grew up in Wagga Wagga before moving to Canberra, and later Sydney, to play football at the highest level. Jada has represented Australia in the Junior Matildas as well as the Young Matildas and has been a part of numerous Senior Matildas assemblies.
In the 2020-21 Liberty A-league season, Sydney FC had won the premiership and made the Grand Final where Jada received the Player of Match. The following two seasons Jada and Sydney FC teammates achieved two more premierships and won the 2022-23 Grand final.
In off-field endeavours, Jada attends the University of Sydney where she is studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Jada has a passion for working with young indigenous footballers at the John Moriarty Footballing program
