Gabrielle holds the position of Group Executive Safety, People, Community & Services at Snowy Hydro. Her experience spans a diverse range of businesses including listed, unlisted and start-up entities across a number of industry sectors such as oil, energy, retail, health & safety, aviation and not-for-profit. Her roles have spanned HR, consulting, risk management, marketing and logistics, as well as being a non-executive director. Originally from the Riverina, Gabrielle has played and watched sport her whole life. Professionally she has often used the discipline of sports psychology to enhance management and leadership effectiveness. Gabrielle also has a passion for education with a focus on developing fit, healthy and successful young women as evidenced by former Chairmanships of the Frensham School, the Country Universities Centre and in her previous roles as a non-executive director of the Qantas Foundation, headspace, Girl Guides and as a “Lucy” mentor.
